Job description
We are now looking for a Business Controller to strengthen our Finance organization and support the business with high-quality financial insights and decision support.
As a Business Controller at Vertiseit Group, you play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. You are responsible for financial planning, analysis, and forecasting processes, ensuring that management has a clear and accurate understanding of business performance, risks, and opportunities.
You work closely with managers and operational teams, acting as a trusted financial partner who translates complex financial data into actionable insights and improvements. This role is central to aligning financial goals with the company’s strategic objectives and supporting continued growth and efficiency.
You report to the Head of Business Control and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the group.
Key responsibilities
Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Perform financial performance analysis and follow-up against targets
Develop forecasts, scenarios, and financial models to support decision-making
Prepare and evaluate business cases and investment analyses
Develop, track, and follow up KPIs linked to strategic and operational goals
Support strategic initiatives with financial insights and recommendations
Partner with operational teams to improve financial performance and efficiency
Analyze financial outcomes in order to improve internal processes and IT tools
Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to management

We are looking for a Business Controller with the following skills and qualifications:
University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
Experience in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as Excel and Power BI
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Strong business acumen and understanding of operational drivers
